My friends keep hearing about this ‘Cass’ from my stories, so I decided to draw them for them. I actually have an earlier drawing of them as female from May (the drawing is on the paper art page, if you want to check it out). One of my friends read a story with Cass in it and she called them ‘Tove 2.0’. She’s not wrong. I project myself into all of my OCs (it’s hard not to), but I definitely projected onto Cass the most.
I came up with Cass while playing a DnD campaign. I was thinking about this awesome fight we had, and they just popped into my head. The name, the looks, personality - everything. I don’t believe they’re going to be leaving my stories or drawings any time soon.
